FAMILY ENRICHMENT
Welcome to our Family Enrichment Program, where we believe in nurturing strong family connections and promoting well-being for all. Within this program, we offer two impactful initiatives: Youth Camp Activities and the My Rest Adult Wellness Program.
THE
PURPOSE
The purpose of our Family Enrichment program is to help Youth, Adults, and Seniors pursue their optimal wellness through educational and fun activities. These activities include the following: youth camps on health, entrepreneurship, and college & career readiness; adult wellness workshops on stress management, mental health, nutrition, and financial health.
We aim to support families in need by equipping multigenerational families with information, resources, and tools for improved health outcomes.
